What Is the School Leadership Team?

The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a group made up of school administrators, teachers, staff, and parents who work together to support student success. The SLT helps review school programs, evaluate student achievement, and guide important school-wide decisions.

One of the SLT's main responsibilities is reviewing and providing input on the school's Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP). Through collaboration, the SLT helps create a positive and supportive school culture focused on continuous improvement.

Parent members of the SLT also serve on the Title I Parent Advisory Council (PAC). The Title I PAC helps guide decisions about how Title I funds are used and ensures that programs support the needs of our students and families.
